Craftsman 109 planetary drum?

Hi Guys;
New to this forum, but got a question. I am a master gunsmith and half A'd machinist and like an idiot I bought a old craftsman 109 6" lathe. now the lathe has not been used more than a few times by another idoit. the headstock spindle is warped (no problem I can replace) but the planetary gear drum or case is no longer round (other than that Mrs. Lincoln how was the play). Doea anyone know other than keep watching ebay for a part out, where I can buy a case?
