    7x10 lathe conversion

    Where can I get a good cnc kit for a 7x10 lathe.

    CNCfusion is working on a kit, don't know if they have it ready for production & sale yet, but here is the thread posted about a month or so ago.

    I think you lose all ability of manual control with this kit, but it appears to be a very nice kit. To clarify, you lose your hand cranks, but you can still run it "manual" in jog mode. Looks very nicely made.

    Nice kitty. I am under the impression that most of the 7x conversions are done with bits and pieces, but what you need is well documented here in the many build threads.
    Wen I was young, I spent most of my money on fast women, slow horses, and cheap booze. The rest of it I just wasted.
