    I have not done anything with my machine as of yet but I tried to install the drill chuck and I found that when I tighten the draw bar as far as it can go, It does not pull the chuck spindle tool all the way in (seems as if the draw bar is about 0.5" too long). Do they make different length draw bars for these machines?. I purchased this machine in an auction. It is unused but it was modified to have the WMD40 table (power feed). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am sure it is obvious that I am not a machinist, --I am not. :-)... I am retired and I would like to try making things as a hobby.

    Probably the simplest solution would be to add an appropriately sized washer(s) below the shoulder of the draw bar.
