I have Partners 4 knee mill with a Centurion IV Control. When I press "Grid Key" and then "Cycle Start Key" the X axis moves to the right a short distance then gets an "Error 04 Emergency Stop". From the Programming Manual I have eliminated all but “The position Encoders detect an excess following error”. Could anything be set wrong in the parameters area? I have location 502 set to grid the z axis first.    |
