I have been looking online for milltronics workbooks and setup guides, like what HAAS provides on their websites. However, I am not having any luck... could anyone direct me anywhere ? |

| Do you mean owners manuals that show you how to run the machine? If so, they suck... I've had two new Milltronics and the documentation blows, which stinks because the control is really nice once you figure it out. Unfortunately what you really are looking for are called 'application notes', or I think they still call them that. If they ever release those things to the general public, (right now you need special permission and a password to access them,) Milltronics would have one of the best documented machines out there. Just don't hold your breath on them releasing them more than one at a time~ ((You have to specifically ask for each one last I knew...))

I'm looking into buying a Milltronics RH30. Are these machines any good? I only have experience with Haas machines, which I like, but someone else is pushing this machine, and there is a deal out there. We're really only looking to drill thick carbon steel, in the 1-3" thick range. Any experiences with this type of machine would be much appreciated, I'm in the dark right now... Thanks |
