Newbie- RW 15 light problems - needs replacing

Ok, I'm new, I have an RW 15 series C and am using Castrol Syntilo 9913 coolant, the machine is just a little over a year old, I have been through 2 lights so far, I contacted service and they are now telling me that because of the coolant it is attacking the plastic housing around my light and it voids the warranty ...... nice of them to let me know previously, anyways, does anybody have a part number, or the name of the manufacturer so I can deal with the problem my self. Thanks to anyone with any comments & help

I can't help you with the light problem; sorry.
But I do have a question concerning the Syntilo 9913 coolant.
We have been using it for a few years now and are not only finding problems with light fixtures, but the coolant is attacking the paint (acting like paint remover) and every piece of metal on the machine, including the ball-screws; which are only three years old.

Are you or anyone else out there experiencing the same thing? And if so, what have you done to resolve the issue?
