| Got a Cent V controller on a Partner 4 here. The memory that the computer runs on is 30 pin SIM's and probably only available by scrounging at the computer recycler. Maybe available at the factory, have not checked. Shudder at the though of what they would want for it, too. Might be reasonable, though. The good news. Adding more won't help, as far as I can find out. The computer runs as well as it will on 2 megs of RAM. The part memory in our machine is on the SimDisk, and not readilly upgradeable. If you need to run larger parts, DNC from the diskette, or set up for network DNC (can't help you there, still trying to get ours to work). Our machine does not have a hard disc drive. If you have one, you should be able to use it to DNC from. Cheers Trev |
