Jumpering terminal blocks (found inside the electrical cabinet) 6, 7, 8, and 9 will help you determine what axis you may be having a problem with. Jumper 6-7 for the X axis, 7-8 for the Y axis, and 8-9 for the Z axis.
It may be possible that the machine will not enable because of a drive fault. What are the axis drives and spindle drive(s) displaying?
Measure the DC voltage between terminal blocks 12 and 22. Again, these are found inside the electrical cabinet. There will be several terminal block 12's and several terminal block 22's. You can probe any one of those terminal blocks. You should have 24VDC bewteen 12 and 22.
