Power supply is first thing to check - ok you checked the 24v dc but did you check all 3 legs ov 3-phase to machine? Often control will come on if one phase has burned a fuse. I am assuming you checked all the breakers and fuses in the machine. It is uncommon to lose servos without an error code. If the servo controller board lights up and there is good power supply the servo itself is junk. Very unlikey. Try the breaker reset first. Then power up and after control boots hold in the power and reset buttons at same time. This should reset the servos. If you hear them click on the machine may still be locked. Usually you can move the z+ by holding reset button while moving z+ in handle. Only other thought is that you haven't cleared a residual alarm. (user alarm vs machime alarm)

You ask how to fix your machine but fail to tell us what machine it is. I've done that before, it's embarrassing. Couple ideas: Check air pressure. Reload parameters.

I've seen where the error screen comes on but goes away so quickly it's as if it never came on, although error still exists.

the status of X input 0, now the machine had an other problem: the screen diplayed "Empty spindle and load tool changer. press esc when set up is complete." when I pressed UTIL-TLCHNG-CW or ccw. After pressed "esc" it diplayed "The control os assuming that the spindle is empty. if there is a tool in the spindle remove it, press esc to continue. Also it have no actived when I pressed "UTIL- TLCHNG-home"
I don't know the cause. how can I to resolve it?

What is the status of X input number 1? Is it a 0 or is a 1? Also what is the staus of relay K1? This relay should not be on unless the machine is in reset.
