Home and limit wiring on centurion 4

Does anyone know what the pin numbers for the home and limit switches are, I believe I have the complete manual but I can't find this information. The closest I found was each axis grid wire, I think it is home but now positive. Thanks

Grid is the same as home. Should be pin 10 on the axis plugs
limits go to terminals 6, 7, 8, and 9
