Hello, We are working on a Milltronics VKM3 with a Centurion VI panel. We now have a problem that gives us "Error 505: Radius too small to span given points" when trying to load a G-Code program. Last time we had this, a correction of the tool's diameter eliminated the problem. Now, we are unable to clear this error and we cannot complete our parts. Please inform us about what is causing this particular error, and what workaround can be used. |

| An error 505 states that a radius is too small to span given points. Try using a larger diameter tool if possible. If using a larger tool is not possible, the program will need to be edited so that the start and end points are more than "R" distance apart. |

| Your start and end points of the arc need to be edited so that they are larger than the radius of the arc. Manuals are available through Milltronics parts dept. You can contact them @ 952.442.1401, option 3. Thank you |
