The top 1.5" reads OK, but the lower remaining screen is a mass of green rectangles!!! The machine still functions and grids fine, but I cannot read the screen to change my programs!!! Any help at all????

Did you try to adjust the verticle hold or horizontal hold on the monitor?

Could be the video card has gone south.

Did you try the things I mentioned in our private message?
I can fax you the schematic of the adjustment trimpots for the CRT.
