Partner 1 Tool Changer not rotating

    Hi all,
We have a Milltronics Partner 1, Centurion V with a 12 postion tool changer. The problem we're having is the tool changer will not rotate CW or CCW. Everything else seems to work.
When you go to the tool changer page and try to rotate the changer CW /CWW, nothing happens and the control locks up. You have to hit the E-Stop and reset the machine.
We were thinking a proximity switch could be bad or possibly the motor.
Does anybody have a list of things to check? Wires/Voltages?
Or should I just call in the service guy? $$$
    Thanks
    Mike

Check the relays that control motor rotation (K21&K22) to see if they energize...if not you may have a blown fuse. Also check the prox signals on the tool changer. If the signal is not present to the control that the pot is retracted, the logic will not allow the carousel to rotate.

The fuses for the tool changer motor are 10 and 11. Also make certain that Y in 3 is a 1 in the diag screen. If it is not, the tool changer will not rotate as well.
