milltronics problems

good morning. i have a milltronics rw30 without tool changer. i have a big problem. the machine is not doing home. we changed the z axis motor for a new one and the 3 servopack not running.
check the pictures for more info. thanks

Since the photos aren't being displayed, we will need a more complete description of the problem before we can offer any suggestions.

Have you tried to diagnose the reason the machine isn't working?
What happens when you press the Reset button? Does it latch? Does it even try?
Could you be on an over-travel switch? Up against a hard-stop? Is there a drive fault on any axis?

We need more information.
