Thanks for the reply. I've got the one for Cent. 5, but from what I understand Cent. 4 is way different.
Are you firmiliar with a Cent. 4 control?
I'm having trouble getting a program through the DNC. When I go to RUN program 0001 hit cycle start the machine seems to lock up and there does not appear to be any data there.
Any suggestions, I live in the Twin Cities (Mpls/ St. Paul) area. Do you know of anyone still using a Cent. 4 control?

My programs start at 1001. I have a MasterCam Post for Ver 8 that I wrote.
It's not complete but I do output complex geometry and engraving with it.
The Centurion 4 outputs arcs in the following format G2 or G3 R# I# J# X# Y#
with the I and J #'s being absolute positions, not incremental arc centers.

This may or may not help but we use Surfcam and use the Centurion 5 post for both Centurion 5 and 6 controllers.

Mastercam X X2 X3 or X4? Got them all, Centurion 5. It will work with Cent 6 and I believe a Cent 7 control. Codes are all the same, Centurion controls, newer versions such as Cent 6,7 changed only the way they handle the hardware.
