Marposs T25 probe problems

Probe is installed and can see it in the diagnostics. Loaded all the O93xx macros and data updates OK. Makes the Z- move to safe approach position OK and then bombs out.

I'm trying to calibrate the probe and keep getting a "166 Mode Conflict" when running the calibration macro O9315.
Then it jumps to a Z ref. return and terminates and displays

"Probe Setup Error"

Any suggestions?

It's happing because there is a conflict between units inch and metric. Before to measure anything , you need to calibrate the system with custom macro O9301.
