Can I copy & paste a section of a program? I have tried this in the demo software and it does not work.

Yes,
While Editing A Conversational Program, Select (view) And Then The Copy/paste Softkeys Will Appear. Use Begin And End To Highlite
The Section Of Events To Change.

I got it figured out now. The Begin and End buttons were what I was missing.
