Milltronics BR-50--- Marposs Laser

Hello Everyone

I am new to this forum so please bear with me. We have a Milltronics BR-50 with a Marposs laser, I am currently triing to set up the machine to run a tool break detection. We are using Delcam-Powermill to program and I have no idea how the post should be set up to break detect after machining, and before the tool change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a portion of the program were the M98 is called for the tool break. I have tried several variations and continue to receive error code 608 ('P' EXPECTED IN M98 BLOCK) what does this mean !!

After much frustration I found that the M98 is not needed in the sub program call out string the actual file should look like this.

Tim

Thanks again for all your help. If i would have looked a little closer I would have realized that you also did not have the M98 in your callout. All the manuals I had said I needed the M98.

Thanks again Daryl
