Do you get the same error no matter which program you are working on?

Error 201 is a Range Check Error. You probably have a corrupt program or a corrupt parameter file. You may have to either delete and re-program the part or you will re-load control parameters from the floppy disk.

Whenever you get an error like this, you need to write down all the information displayed on the screen. This includes the full error message, the memory address, what you were doing when you got the error, etc. This information helps to determine what is causing the problem.

Centurion 7 CNC 7.7331p C.F. at address 0013:102f ,range check error. I just happen to still be at work when another co worker was setting up to run another part and he hit the negative key while touching the tools off.I have the parameter disk just dont know how to load them. Now it wont even boot up to do anything.

Put the parameters disk in the drive and power up the machine. I think you will be given a chance to load the parameters then.
If not, at the C:\RAM prompt, type copy a:\ram\*.* C:\ram enter. You will be asked if you want to over-write the existing files to which you will enter an A for all.

In either case, you will need to re-set all your tool offsets and all your work coordinate offsets. Also re-set any other parameters that may have been changed since the back-up disk was made.
