in two different quadrants, no matter how small the cut length of the tool anything, i cant get rid of the chatter. its two opposite corners, and aside from checking the ballscrew and bearings for slop i dont know what else to do . |

| Did it just start this problem? I assume you refer to two opposite quadrants in the X-Y plane. Have you checked the level? Could the machine have moved or the concrete have settled? I am not sure how this could cause the problem you have. . .just throwing out ideas. Dave |
