CESD Electronic Lubricators

Has anybody had any problems with the type CESD Electronic Lubricators made by the Changhua Chen Ying Oil Machine Co. Ltd that come standard on most Milltronics machines? We have two of these pumps that are less than two years old and both have failed. Pretty pricey to be junk.

I'm having a problem getting my oiler to work too, (Chen Ying Machine Oiler), I've messaged the manufactures for information but no reply, (yet).

There is no serial number but the letters CES are marked on it, I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with the operation of these oilers.
