Then if I try to run DNC off of the disk it tells me that I have an Error: Bad Numeric format. I don't get it. I've been useing the same post for hundreds of parts and now problems. Frustrating, I have work pileing up because of it.

I have a Milltronics Partner I 3 axis mill. I am trying to post out some fairly big programs useing cam software. I put the program on a disk and load and, it starts to load and then at one point before it finishes it locks up the whole machine and says "Program Resolve in Progress" "Loading O0000" "Block 222" "Memory 155472" And it just sits there. There is no way to abort. I have to E-Stop and reset in order to get out of this problem. Anyone have any suggestions? I have loaded many other programs just fine and ran hundreds of parts with this same method. The only thing is no programs have been this large.......

I will assume that the file will fit on a floppy disk.
Instead of loading the file or trying to DNC from the disk, try loading the file into the RAM drive and then DNC from the RAM drive. At the Files menu, choose the F5 >RAM button. At the DNC menu, choose the F6 RAM> button.
If you still get the error, there may be an problem with the file on the disk.
Along the same lines, is there any rough idea on the number of lines as to what is a maximum length program that will run in memory vs. having to DNC it? I know I had a program the other day in the 70,000 line range that had to be DNC, and I ran a smaller program about 6000 lines that did fine in memory.... just kind of wondered if there was a rough number of lines where you are going to have to go DNC.
