zzzz is right so I removed my suggestion. Good luck.
I have a Problem with a Milltronics RW20, the machine has been without power for a couple o months. I turned it on but when I try homing the machine it keeps alarming and shows error 407, excessive error on X axis.
I think there is a problem with the limit switch but I would like to know a way to move the axis manually without the axis reference.
The controller is a Centurion 7.
Any help would be appreciated

A 407 error isn't a caused by being on an over-travel switch, there is something going on with the X axis.
Get into Level 3 by going to F7-Parms, F1-Setup, F1-Level. Key in PROTO3enter at the Validation Code prompt and a 3 at Access Level. When you press the second 3, more buttons will appear. You are now at the place you can change the machine's operating parameters so be VERY careful what you change.
Escape back to the Main Menu, press the Reset button, press F1-Home and F9-Here before you press Cycle Start. The machine won't move, but now you can move each axis, .100 in the positive direction and the travel limit in the negative direction.
Use this technique to diagnose the motion problems, but do NOT try to run the machine until you home normally.
