Post Partner I Centurion V Controller WONT TURN ON ?

I Recently Receved a Milltronics Partner I Mill With a Centurion V controller,
I Have Had The machine for about three weeks now, and have got it moved in to and wired in to my home shop its runnign on 220 Single phase, the problem i ma ihaving is the guy i got the mill from said it was working when i picked it up but i havent been able to get it to power up completely it acts like its going to come up lights turn on and buttons glow but the display and controls do not come on or function, at first i thought maybe a bad screen but after hooking up a secondary disply screen i found that the machine is not turning on. after checking the relays in the back panel of the machine i found that several where showing that they had blown, i have tracked sown replacement relays and have them on there way i am hoping this will fix the problem. I Also was wondering if there is a on button i may be over looking or a trick to strating up the machine i have looked throught the diagrams and all over the machine for a button but cant seem to locate one? and if any one has a better idea as to why the machine wont cycle on or something that i may hvae over looked i would appricate any info or help you can offer thanks for your time and consideration. and i can post pictures if helpfull thanks

You need to spend some time reading posts here, this has been covered before.

Find the electrical drawings, start tracing circuits, first the 220vac, then the 110vac, then the DC power - both the cardcage supply and the 24vdc supply.

I expect you will find cardcage problems.
