milltronics RH 20 repair

HI, The company I work for has an old milltronics RH 20 that we use to cut coupon shapes for the lab.
As far as I know the first 8 years of use was almost trouble free, but for the past couple of years it has broken down with increasing regularity.
We have been attempting the repairs in house and generally they are reported to be bad drive/s or bad motor/s.
It just doesn't seem right to me,,, so my question is,
Does anyone know of anyone qualified to work on the machine?
We are located in extreme NE arkansas about 70 miles north of Memphis.
These shapes we cut do not require great accuracy but we do need a machine that will keep on going.
