Glentek GA370 servo card transistors

Hi guys! I have some Glentek GA370 cards with smoked transistors on them. The #s on the transistor are H 9601 and malay under that. It appears to be a Harris semiconductor logo. I have searched high and low on the net to no avail for this transistor or an acceptable replacement. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
