Anyone else have an issue with there mill not draining the coolant to the tank fast enough? I can't run the coolant at 50% for more than 2 minutes before it fills up to the chip tray and starts to drip on the floor. Its an RH33 without a full enclosure. Theres only 2 small screens way at the back that plug up virtually every job. Has anyone put additional holes in the casting where the coolant flows along to the screens? I believe its hollow underneath? |
