| Maybe I should be more specific ? I have a partner 5 w/ centurion 4 control needed to convert to single phase power . I bought a 10 Hp inverter and hitched it to the spindle motor (now running ) but like a dummy I disconnected the original motor contactor along with the E-stop wiring that goes through the spindle motor contactor . I can't remember the way it was wired do to time away from what I was doing . BTW , I did separate the control power from the spindle motor power . I had it homing before I disconnected al the spindle motor contactor wires . Only problem I had at that time was the Z axis would trip the control into over limit travel . Z Servo works by switching amps , so my thinking on the Z axis problem is worn out Z amp ? since X & Y have been replaced at one time clearly indicated by instal date on the X & Y amps and being glentec while Z is a servo dynamics . I basically need some kind of drawing to show the E-stop circuit . Any help would be greatly appreciated ![]() Steve PS I did contact Milltronics to no avail since they stopped supporting the control they must of just dumped all info on it in the dumpster , Which I can understand . |
