FS: Milltronics Partner I

MILLTRONICS PARTNER I

Machine is not in running condition at this time but has cut parts for us just before we bought it. Need to have X an Y motors rebuilt.
Spindal Bearings are new with around 20 hrs sense install.

Moving our shop into a smaller space so we are going to have to scale down.

Asking $5,000.00 or best offer.

Call 512-528-1083 for more info.

That looks like a Partner I (one) not a Partner IV (four)

Correct me if I'm wrong

We have one similar but newer (1995) with a Centurion V controller that keeps chugging along. It would help to state what controller it has, the travels, RPM, HP, year built, # of tool change pockets, where it’s located, etc.

Look on the right side of the colum for the data plate, here you will find the serial # and the mfg date, also look at the bottom of the control inside the cabinet for the control serial #. Suppling this info will help you sell the machine.
A control with a "-b" and later is a very "updateable" control. previous controls (no dash or a -A) are not upgradable and would need to have a C6 or C7 control installed if they go down for almost any reason.

A competent motor repair shop can rebuild the motors as long as the magnets and armature are OK, If not, new motors are about $1200.

When moving the machine it is best to remove the control from the electrical cabint and the front panel /CRT assembly from the front of the machine and pakage them sucurly. The CRT does not travel well.
