Grade 5 Carbon Steel Washers??

I need to make some grade 5 carbon steel washers for a customer and can not locate a reference to tell me what kind of steel sheet material to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

120,000 tensile strength for grade 5 bolts, not sure for washers, as far as the allow, I would imagine it to be a free machining one, a low alloy chrome/moly maybe??? hope this helps get the ball rolling.....pRb
