Seeking help with tooling vernacular

I have a set or Piloted Chucking Reamers. Some of them have 6 dimples around the base of the shank, about 1/4" from the end. Does this type of shank have a special name?

I'm not real savvy about the rules of these boards yet. Are posting images or outside links aloud? I can post an image of the shank on Imageshack as long as it's allowed on the boards.
