Kwik Switch Tooling For Cat 5

I picked up a big box of kwik switch tool holders. It didn't come with the master holder. Not a problem as I found several. I only have Cat 5 in the shop. (Besides an old dinosaur Bridgeport). I want to use the kwik switch on my Sportrac hybrid. (Which is Cat 5). So is there a taper adapter that would work?

    Kwik Switch Master Holder

I tried all the sources I could find for a 200 Series Master Holder. No one has one. One place said they were tooled up to make them, but it was a 3 or 4 month lead time. I'm going to make my own. Anybody know where to get some prints or models?
