Greetings, I've been reading through the forum and associated articles, books etc for a while now ... and the more I read the more confused I become as it really looks like mine field of information ! My aim is to produce a 2 axis 'home made' machine with a laser cutter for use with sheet steel between say 24g and about 18g (UK). My basic problem is that I have not a lot of 'hands on' and probably too much info; so I need a friendly hand to cut through all the dross and to simply advise as to how best I can achieve my objective.
