Hello Everyone,

I would like to find a mentor or employer in the Charlotte/Gastonia area of NC. Like many these days I recently lost my job. It would be great to pick up a full or part time job in a machine/fabrication/CNC shop. It doesn't have to be much, just something to get me into a shop somewhere.

If not a job, it would be great to meet people in these fields willing to share their experience and knowledge.

A bit about me: I'm 35 and spent much of my working career doing things like... camera repair tech, computer repair, field IT tech, general IT work(mostly Mac stuff). A few years back I just got burnt out on the IT stuff and have spent the last few years working in and managing an adult night club in the Charlotte area. Strange mix I know.
