Im building my first CNC router from a HobbyCNC kit with Mach3/CamBam and would like to share ideas or meet with other members who are also starting out or have already built and can offer advice. | Hi Vinny, I am in Simsbury CT which isn't that far away if we needed to get together. I have started getting together with some other guys and you would be welcome to join us. We will be meeting this month sometime. If you are interested, I will let you knowwhen and where. I think we will be in southern Mass. this time at a members shop. I am a Mach3 user and have built 1 router and retro-fitted my cnc mill. I am getting ready to do my lathe conversion. I use VIA cad for the drawings and I then use Deskcnc to do my cam work. It woks well for me as I already own the software. Mike
