I am a newbie at metal machine works, however I have lots of experience with electronics (~35 years worth) and would like to get more experience and knowledge in machining.

I own a CNC mill (X3), just purchased a 12x36 Grizz metal lathe and have built (almost finished) a 4x4 JoeCNC router.
