Looking for small shop space - NE Mass or SE NH

Hi all! I'm looking for some *small* shop space in North Eastern MA or South Eastern New Hampshire. 100 square feet to 500 square feet. Needs heat and regular electrical power. I have a tiny machine shop, and need to get out of my basement with it's it's lack of headroom. Tired of the neck aches.
