recently converted a routermaster 52 to geckodrive with mach 3.

I am at the point of tuning the motors and am somewhat stumped as to why the changes i make (in velocity and accell) are doing what they are..

looking for someone with mach 3 / gecko experience to give me a quick overview of the setup process..
