My company has a machine that is not working.. real quick detail -- it is a table Planer (rockford Co.) hydrolic, that has a troyke index head. The index head has a motor mounted to it controlled by a hatachi cj300 motor controller and then there is a direct logic 205 plc unit controlling that and.. well from there it gets complicated.. the reason is there is no documentation or labeled wire paths... I really need some help here... Our company would be willing to pay someone to come look at this to see if it is salvageable or scrap it and bite the bullet.. any input would be greatfulll... I am really running out of options.
