Hello
A little bit about myself, I am fairly new to CNC, but interested in learning all that I can.
I have good general background, lots of wood working, some metal work, welding, lot of computer background....etc.
My ultimate plan is to build a CNC of my own, I am leaning towards the MechMate...but hoping to get input and ideas that will confirm that or change my mind to something else.
Perhaps building a smaller MDF version, if motors, etc. can be used on the next (bigger) machine?
I would love to talk with someone that might be willing to help out, I am sure I will have lots of questions.
