Looking for Mentor in Bay Area, CA area

I'm looking for someone in the Bay Area that could provide me some guidance. I live in Tracy, CA and work in Mountain View, CA. I have built a micro mill and am looking for someone that could help with various questions that I might have.

What types of questions do you have? equipment, programming, materials, cutters.....

It would be general stuff like clamping your work, methods to set the Z at zero on the top of your work, cutting direction, feed rate, cut depth, and cutter RPM. Just stuff like that when they come up. Nothing really specific, just general information. I'd like to have someone that is experienced that I could ask that kind of stuff to.
