VCarv Pro help needed

Hi,

I have a simple frame that I want to build with a shopbot. I know how to do it in Cut3D but I know Vcarve Pro has more settings to make my corners smoother and bring timing down. I have the 3D design ready. Just need a Vcarve Pro expert to train me how to do it in Vcarve Pro?
I'm in Bay Area California but believe this can even be done remotely
