Hello All,

I recently downloaded a copy of Draftsight and I have been trying to teach myself. Its pretty frustrating so far. I need help.

I have a project that I have been playing with where I need to cut parts out of aluminum sheet to build a boat. I've been doing it all by hand and I'd love to get a CNC table to do it for me. I have access to a table that I can test my plans on. If it works like I dream it will, I plan on buying my own table for my shop. and then doing this on a larger scale.

Right now I'm a "one man show" so I'd like to be able to do every phase of the job by myself. That means learning CAD, CAM etc.

I would appreciate any help with Draftsight that you can offer. I'd be willing to travel an hour or two for a class. I think a few hours of help would get me pretty far along with the learning process.
