I love the 85 1100's, I think I still have the poster for it from way back then. My FJ is an 89, goes like hell and is in great condition. I tripped over to Detroit to get it about 7 years ago. It has LED tail lights and HID headlights.
I did a rear wheel swap out with a Yamaha FZR1000 Genesis/Thunderace rim to take the much better 180x17 tyres. Was a good project, had to mill away 7mm of the hub width and everything just fits, the left side of the tyre just clears the chain and the right side just clears the caliper rod.
My other ride is the 1969 Mustang Mach1 428 Super Cobrajet.

I sure would like to post pictures of my shop... my fiance' advised I should clean up first so the pictures would show the hidden machines. After she said that, I envisioned mowing a red necks lawn and finding a car on blocks.

I bought the car from Pete and raced it for a few years, I put on different roofs and bodies.
Finally I sold it and after that it was competing in other late model series.
The roof was thrown behind the shed years ago so when I cleaned up and found it I put it on he wall.
I went to Flamboro once this season.

What is your last name Steve, do I know you?

2 car garage. Have since sold the small mills, acquired a 48" electromagnetic brake, and 4'x4'x6' powder oven. No more room, time to move and build a pole building.

We have met a few times, but not for a few years. My name is Steve Adams and I run Reliance Machine Works south of Milton. We make chassis components.(and other industrial work) I used to work for a machine shop on Nippissing, but the owner and I don't talk anymore. I still talk to the guys in the shop though, I think they did some work for your shop recently.

Easy to do. If your furnace for your house, is in your garage simply cut a small circular hole in the heat box and plumb your garage for heat with vents. Close the vents when not in use. My garage is insulated, so i always leave the vents open and it keeps in 70F when its 32 degrees out. Cost about $50 bucks for the modification stuff from home depot.

In Canada, a forced air furnace for the house can not be used to provide heat via ducting to a garage, The fear is that the carbon monoxide from a car could be brought into the house along with other chemical smells. This also accounts that the furnace can not be in the garage, if it is the heat source for the house. Radiant heat via water (glycol) would not cause this problem and can come from one heat source (garage and house).
