| Hi all, I am a die cast engineer from S.Africa, I am looking to build a new sprayer for our machine. Its a reciprocating head and we use mineral base die spray, it is very old and messy but this is the least of our problems I also need to control the spray volumes, there are 2 settings at the moment- TOO much and TOO little. We are using a FESTO controller to control the length of stroke and spraying time. It is pneumatically controled and the die spray and air is pre mixed in a small pressure vessel attached to the back of the machine. It can be set up vertically or horizontally. If need be I can attach some photos of the sprayer? I would like some tips on the pneumatics of the sprayer and a few sprayer head designs? Thanks Apresto |
