Math Wizard..a little help please? 11-agon??

I'm trying to figure out the angle of the pieces on an 11-agon (I think you call it). What I have are two circles, the inside one is 48" and the outside one it 72". I want to make 11 stones fit together to make this ring and I need to know the angle of the cuts between the stones.

    Why not just say: 360 / Segments^2 = 360 / 22 = 16.3636 or 90-16.3636 = 73.6363

    Courtesy of Google and Wikipedia.

A hendecagon is an eleven-sided figure.
