    HTD Pulley Design

I am working a HTD design in Solidworks and not 100% sure it is correct. Can someone take a look for let me know anything I missed or need to do.

If you have solidworks toolbox installed, you can automatically insert an 'H' style pulley into your assembly and configure everything about it.

The bottom of the groove is flat with .02" radius up to the walls. The depth of the tooth is about .082". The width at the top of the groove is .181" and at the bottom is .138". 40deg angle between the faces of the teeth.

Thanks Guys, I did find the CAD files from SDP-SI after I had done all this. Oh well it was good learning anyway. Trying design myself a X3 belt drive conversion.
