That's a cool site. I found an online swedish to english translator. It translates your site from swedish to something that sounds more like the swedish chef from sesame street than english. . . but it's amusing.

i guess the design could be done better if metallic frame was built welded (or bolted ) as one piece and then cemented . At least cement shrinkage could better be compensated .

Turn on the spin drier while concrete is setting (assuming house not on a slab
or drier not mounted on pillars).

did someone try to cover concrete with epoxy (or any other isolation ) once it got dried ? (to stop water absorption ) .

Yup.
Works pretty well, but there are clear coats that are both more healthy and easier to work. I need to buy one for a project that is used for sealing sinks made in concrete.
