Dear all, I am interested to know about harmonic gears , If any one has idea about it tell me how to design motor to drive hamonic gears wheather servo motor can do or it need special design.    |

| Any servo or stepper can drive harmonic gearbox, only the shaft size is important. But you need to learn a bit about HD internals, start here: Harmonic Drive 5 axis question _ |
