| hi, new to cnc ground up fab. i was wornding if i mounted a piece of 1" cold roll steel on top and on bottom of a 3" c-channel shoud be strong enough for a 48" x96" router/plasma table for x,y axis i plan on useing 608zz skateboard bearing 6 on top and 6 on bottom . and what size of steppers do i need ? i find some at hobbycnc.com the size is 305oz-in unipolar rating, 6v, 2A, 200 S/R is that enough for router and plasma table Last edited by luther; 06-25-2007 at 11:26 PM.
